REFUNDS & RETURNS

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Rolling paper booklets are exempt from being returned.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Stickers
  • White colored clothing

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless you have been advised to.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Books
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Toys that have been opened and are not damaged.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days. Apple pay users may recieve refunds faster.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if you are in need of a different size of the same clothing item.  If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at [email protected].

Shipping returns/exchanges

After you have contacted our email [email protected] about your return or exchange you will be given an address to ship your item to.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable for returns. If you are exchanging an item you may receive %50 compensation for your shipping costs if you email a receipt to [email protected].

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Planeteer’s Club

 

the planeteer’s club is a battle-pass style reward system that empowers content creators by making sponsorship opportunities available. when you sign up to be a planeteer, you will receive a unique code that will redeem $5 off of any purchase above $10 (before shipping). the more you or your friends use the code the more rewards can receive ! being in the planeteer club also means you will be rewarded for creating content that features namela papers. the content does not have to be based on the papers, but the papers must appear in the video/photo and have the tag #namela. monetary rewards for content creation will be paid through paypal, zelle or apple pay.

namela® won’t collect any personal information from you unless you supply it and we need it (for example signing up to be a planeteer)
your email, phone number, address and any other similar information will NOT be sold or given to any other website or individual, or published in any way.
